Do yourself a favour and stay away from this supplier. Very poor customer service and extremely difficult to communicate with. They expect you to identify all the part numbers and sometimes that isn’t possible as not all solutions are clean cut. They don’t include all the supplied information provided to them in their quotes, instead reply on the customer to state the types of brackets and cameras being fitted within the PO. (and I thought that would be a suppliers job when formalising a quote, perhaps that’s just every other supplier in the world). This approach causes an issue when their planning department references the Altron quote and it doesn’t state the information so they place items on hold or request the information from the customer which was originally supplied to the Altron estimator. They don’t provide delivery dates until one week before. They push back agreed delivery dates and then miss items off the order which you don’t know about until you check the delivery the next day. Nightmare
