I recently completed an air source heat pumps training course at Option Skills, and it was an outstanding experience. The course material was well-organized and the hands-on training was invaluable. The highlight, however, was having Shawn as our instructor. He is an exceptional teacher who is both knowledgeable and patient. He made the complex concepts easy to understand and provided real-world examples that were relevant to the material. I highly recommend this course and Shawn as an instructor. Five stars!

Completed my heat pump course, Shaun was a great teacher and the course was extremely well put together, I will be using option skills for courses in the future!!

8 weeks flew by. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and training was excellent. Trainers were readily available anytime and very helpful. Training centre was well equipped and my trainer Andy was a total legend.Cannot recommend it enough.Trainers at Bham very approachable. Although we were with Andy, Waheed and Brian also jumped In to help and train and nudge you in the right direction. These guys are fully committed and passionate about training.Thank you very much guys. Much appreciated

Done a heat pump course without any knowledge of heat pumps what do ever, well thought out course without frying your brain.Only downfall was the instructor teased us with cookies on day and failed to produce the following days!

I just finished my electrician course at the Birmingham centre must say John Sullivan was a brilliant teacher he didn't try to make it technical he broke it down simple and effective thank you John will be back to complete my portfolio

I started here back at the start of august to get my experience up and get me into a good position to get a job in electrics. My teacher John was amazing and really helped get me and the class up to a good level of knowledge with his skills and good personal relationships he builds with people. On the recruitment side I found the team really put their all in finding companies to start with. Josh was really helpful as to always call up to find out how I was doing and giving me updates on any job opportunities he had found. Overall the people are very friendly and make a great experience. I would highly recommended for anyone trying to get into a trade and need that little bit of help.

I have recently finished my 6 week course and I’m very impressed with the knowledge I have from them, started with no experience and have now started a new job with help from Options Skills. John was a great teacher with lots of experience and able to answer every question we had to ask. Josh in recruitment was amazing helping me find an opportunity to start work, always kept in contact with me updating me on opportunities and any interviews I had.

Five star from me. I did my Heat Pump course last week and I am feeling 100% confident on upcoming installations. Looking forward to the design course.

Right from the first call to enroll I have found the process very easy and straightforward,The instructors were clear concise and to great care in ensuring the material presented was understood and relevant.If you have not been to option skills before ,be re assured that you will be successful, we all get a bit anxious about exams and corse questions but rest assured that you will have everything ypu need to pass given to ypu in the various well put together slide shows and supporting materials ,a very welcoming amd supportive environment with realy friendly staff who know their stuff .

Just finished my heat pump training at Purley training center couldn’t fault it .Sean the teacher was fantastic very helpful and I would recommend this centre to anyone thinking about doing heat pumps.Will definitely use them again when renewing my gas certs .
