DM Appliance care have been very professional, coming out to look at our fault and sourcing the correct part. We thought we might have to wait a long time to get it fixed during Covid 19 lockdown but DM Appliance care fixed the problem as quickly as sourcing the correct part allowed.

Not a good experience. Had them out to repair dishwasher. Guy didn’t seem sure what issue was but told me needed a new part. Charged £68 for the part on top of call out fee. It didn’t fix the fault so he called someone else, turned out it was a loose connected wire in the door which he ‘fixed’. Queried if I actually needed the part he told me to phone office. Phoned office, rather rude receptionist told me she’d have to check with engineer and call me back. No phone call or follow up weeks later. So doubt I needed the £68 part. Also he has damaged and taken a chip out of my worktop getting appliance out which I didn’t realise until after he’d gone. Dishwasher has since stopped again with same fault and had beko engineer out who said previous repair was appalling and botch job. I would not recommend.

We had a problem with our oven not heating and after reviewing a few places on the internet, decided to use DM Appliance Services. Although they were quite busy, they got us in as quickly as they could and, after telephoning us first, came very quickly and on the day they said they would. They had to order a part for us but once it had arrived they came and installed it. Callum did a really quick and efficient job and was really very nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended DM Appliance Care, I'm a woman living on my own and just moved house.My washing machine was plumbed in by my removal guys, but was not spinning, phoned these guys for help and they was amazing had it working in no time with support over the phone.Thanks very much
