We've had out Branx treadmill for 4.5 years now. So I thought it's about time I did a review. Well the long and short of it is that it has been and still is an excellent treadmill. Still going strong! And just a note of the customer service. Absolutely terrific.

Purchased a home treadmill from Branx Fitness due to now working from home as getting to the gym was difficult - best decision we ever made! Superb quality treadmill,feels like the ones i used at the gym! So easy use with great choice of pre set programs and the customer service we received was flawless.The delivery went smoothly and drivers were really helpful and professional.Highly recommended.

Just bought a treadmill from this company. Had to contact them re an issue which I actually caused and they went out their way to help me with something they were not obliged to. The lady on the end of the phone was exceptionally helpful and provided 5 star customer care. They seem to be a top company who arent just after your money and are happy to go out their way if you phone with a problem. Highly recommended.

I had acquired a Branx treadmill but had no manual, I needed some guidance on how the programmes worked so sent over an email, they no longer stocked that model but past my request to the engineer who explained everything in an email of what I needed to know. It just goes to show that Branxfitness treadmills truly stand the test of time as the engineer said this was one of the 1st models, they ever made back in 2008. Well, I can say the person who had it before looked after it well and it’s still in good working order today after 13 years . Thank you for your help.

I bought an Energy Pro treadmill through Branx's website & i am extremely happy with the whole experience. We received an email shortly after ordering the treadmill. They delivered it on the date suggested & the delivery company were very helpful in bringing it in to my property. I managed to assemble this & it was up & running in no time. This is a lovely piece of kit & i'm glad i made the choice to go with this company. Five star all round.

3 years from the date of purchase , in the first year the control , screen, sensors etc had to be completely replaced. We lubricated the surface under the belt regular, but it just kept slipping even with advice and adjustments whilst on phone to the support. The fans never worked. The hydraulic was playing up but did the job after 6 months , the replacement control had faulty programming so the incline didn't work so had to send another replacement, then up until last week the engine started smoking and the front mechanic was smoking and the machine grinded to its final hault! I do not regularly use this either! only on times where gym was not accessible so out of the 3 years I got a year's worth of use over covid lockdown and it struggled at that. Totally gutted and in the skip it has gone. Looks the part , the quality is not there at all , had nothing but trouble. But the support I had when needed it was fantastic, nice people. great support and for a pile of junk product is never gonna be a great result. £799 down the drain. Not happy at all Branx fitness!

I bought a Cardio Pro treadmill from Branx Fitness at the end of 2013. In the time that I have had the treadmill I have used it regularly and it does exactly what I bought it for - and very well. However, what is even better than the treadmill itself is the service that Branx provide. Every enquiry has been met with a swift, pleasant and helpful response, and when I have needed onsite support the response has been swift and effective. 5/5 for the treadmill, 6/5 for the Customer Service!

This treadmill ticks all the boxes in my opinion good sturdy design with many features for the price range The only thing I could fault (stopping a 5 star rating) was the owners user guide, this was far to small (A5) making the text and assembly details harder to digest.This to me was disappointing for such a good treadmill. Branx do have treadmills with larger owners booklets.I have been told by the service team, they are now working on a new user guide for this model.

We bought a treadmill from Branx last month. By far the best thing we have purchased all year and the customer service was outstanding. Pam, the Customer Services Manager was brilliant in answering all of our questions and following up with delivery details. True end to end customer service which is a rarity these days.
