Great little stay!Stayed over in the Yert, was lovely, heater inside ensured warmth even in October.Short drive into city centre or Uber ride. Fire was peaceful and nice and firewood for only £5 is great!Would go again!!

The pods are in a peaceful setting, in an easy to find location.The bedding is good quality and the facilities are clean.A five star find in the cabin store... a spare hair dryer for use for those who have forgotten to bring theirs!

This was a really lovely place, with the pods super cozy. It would have been nice if there was basic brew kit provided as there was a kettle and mugs. But we had a great time.

I booked a posh pod for me and my partner on our first trip to York for a friends birthday, other friends also booked pods on the site so we had 4 of the pods in total.Communication from the site with directions and advice was brilliant, check in was a breeze (accept my documents told us we were in the Dove" pod

Stayed in a cabin that was non-insulated and unsealed and -5°c inside. even with the fireplace, hot water bottle and several layers of clothing it was freezing. Blankets provided smelled damp. Toilets weren’t working and was told to drive to other public toilets if needed. Found bedbugs and sent proof of this with time/date stamped pictures and was accused of lying. Ended up spending near £80 and left before morning due to the conditions and was still refused a refund despite not staying the night. Extremely rude staff, wouldn’t go back.

Pod itself was beautiful only problem is that you cannot get to actually speak to someone on the phone and they obviously don't read emails as we were unable to stay and was trying to rearrange

We didn't have a pleasant experience that we were hoping for, but the service were helpful and satisfactory with dealing with my complaint which is an essential component of customer service that I really appreciated. Stayed here july 21 to 23rd 2023,a lovely find,the glamping pods were spotlessly clean,the beds were really comfortable the amenities were very good and must say the weather was awful but the cleaners were constantly cleaning the showers and toilet blocks. There was an amazing farm shop and cafe that served really impressive meals,the breakfasts were especially outstanding and really good prices,they also had a vast selection of homemade cakes and cheesecakes. I'm definatley going to book again .Thank you
