I always order salt for my water softener from Salt and cleanz. I live on the first floor without the lift, but they kindly deliver all the salt to my door without complaining. However, I ordered 100kg of salt in one go last time, and I really felt guilty for the driver to carry them all to the first floor. I'll try to order in small batch from the next time. Thanks again, you have excellent customer service!

Ordered 11pm at night. Salt blocks arrived the next day! Very well priced too. Would have been nice to know they were being delivered that day but 5 starts none the less! They will definitely be supplying my salt going forward.

Excellent - cannot recommend highly enough. Very friendly and above and beyond normal service. Ben delivered salt to my parents during the icy spell and even helped them by putting it on their drive for them.

My dealings with this company involved ordering water softening, salt, blocks.This company undercut the cost or price of other companies by a wide margin and they delivered within 10 days of my ordering them. In that respect, I found them very efficient. They did not install our water softening equipment.
