Fantastic salon with talented stylists and beauticians. Staff are all very welcoming and very friendly and always make you feel comfortable. I always find the quality of my cut is excellent with equal care and time given to each client. All the staff are very flexible when they can be to squeeze you in at the time you want and they are happy accommodate walk-in appointments too when they can. I find the service is always first class no matter if you are a regular client or popped in while passing. My hair is always great-never a bad cut and great value for money!Thank you.

fantastic salon and it is the only place i visit to get my nails and eyebrows done. i have been visiting joanna for 17 years now and would not go anywhere else. rachel is an excellent addition to the team and they both make our visits thoroughly enjoyable. my 5yr old daughter had her first visit to the salon with me earlier this year for her nails painting and begs to go back when we come to town!

I have come here as a regular customer for a while now and the staff have always been very warm and friendly, and they have always done a great job of my hair! I am amazed by the steps they have taken during COVID to make sure that the salon is safe for both the staff and the customers, they are cleaning regularly, have masks and visors and screens in place and structured the appointments to reduce the amount of people in the shop, and provide excellent service! Overall I couldnt reccomend them more!

Unfortunately I have to change my previous good feedback. I just want a simple bob but Bev doesn't understand and can't take criticism as I merely tried to explain that a bob needs to be level at the back. She kept cutting it round the last few times leaving me with a tail at the back. So now I have to find a hairdresser who listens and not get stroppy. She kept blaming my hair but I have had short bobs most of my life and never had this issue.

I won't be using this salon again.Had a bad haircut due to a DIY attempt at a fringe and -while the price was very reasonable- I felt very judged (got told my hair could not look normal and the stylist made a point of asking me 'what the Hell possessed me')Furthermore, the cut itself was not of the best quality- I got home to discover that the middle part of my fringe had not been trimmed anywhere near as neatly as it should have been and have since trimmed it myself with better results.I feel that the comments regarding my hair were unneeded (especially nowadays with the extreme haircuts some women get and considering I had explained it was accidental) and that very little effort or care was put into the cut- I was sat down for roughly 3 minutes before she was 'done'.Price? Reasonable. QoS? Terrible.

I have been getting my legs waxed with Joanna and Rachel for many years now, and the quality of their service is just as good now as it was before COVID-19. They are making sure they are following the governments advice on how to stay clean (there's plenty of antibacterial gel/wipes everywhere) they wear face-masks and visors and they're figuring out the best way, for both them and their customers, to give the best and safest service they can.

Got my nails done by a lovely lady there, lovely service and took her time making my nails look lovely for my 40th birthday celebrations. Would highly recommend.
