Pendle Property Design

Asked for a quote back in September 21, came out and viewed the property, didn’t send a quote until I chased it, I accepted it, chased again in January to find out when the plans would become available, was told by the end of the month, they still didn’t appear so I chased again and she ignored that email and blocked me on instagram. Utterly unprofessional behaviour, at least give an explanation rather than ignoring customers. Fortunately I didn’t pay her any money.
