I will not be going back to this place nor would I recommend it. I was part of a group of about 40-50 people for a retirement party. It was a set menu - 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert. 2 long tables were set up. Drinks were not part of the set menu, so we all started ordering drinks and with only 2 bar tenders. We sat down at the table. One of the team took the orders for one of the tables and didn't come to the second long table that I was sitting at. We noticed the other table were getting their starters, and we still hadn't even given our orders. By the time our orders were taken, the other table were getting their mains. After we had given our orders, someone from the team came to tell us that 3 people won't be able to have the sirloin steak as they have run out. It was 8pm by the time I got my starter. It got to 8.45pm and still no mains. 9pm and still no mains. When we questioned it, they looked at us in disbelief. They couldn't give an answer as to why we hadn't received our mains. 9.30pm and I get my mains but others were still waiting. I couldn't even eat the food by the time it came and asked for it to be given in a container to take home. The other people asked for the same thing and that was given to them in 5 minutes. 2 hours after getting starters it was clear they weren't going to get their mains at the table. I asked for my dessert to go as I was so fed up. Took my dessert home only to realise it wasn't even the dessert I ordered. No amount of drinks on the house could hide how truly bad and sub par the service was. They were clearing up the table and we hadn't even gotten our mains. One even took my drinks glass away that wasnt even finished. One of our guests had an allergic reaction to the food she had eaten and had to leave. Another managed to stop herself in time before she had an allergic reaction. No ingredients and allergen information were included on the menu and nothing was said by the team member taking the order. We noticed we weren't the only people in the restaurant to complain about not receiving mains but the restaurant were happy for food delivery to pick up food and we got nothing. Paid £36 for the set menu prices and won't be seeing a single penny of that back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. First and foremost, there was hair in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable. The prices were exorbitant for the quality of the dishes served. On top of that, the music was blaring so loudly that it was impossible to have a conversation. To add insult to injury, the service was painfully slow, and when we brought the issue of the hair in our food to the staff's attention, they ludicrously claimed it was our own, which is a blatant lie. This establishment not only provided subpar food and service but also demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO.

Wordless… authentic Spanish food, tasty and good prices, we loved the sangria, we had few jugs! The staff is absolutely amazing, definitely a place to visit, and the decoration is very nice too.

Attended Sunday evening, food was pleasant but it wouldn’t be somewhere I would go to again. Quality of ingredients didn’t taste the best.Patatas bravas wasn’t what I was used too to be honest the sauce was more of a burger sauce drizzled over. Meatballs were nice, and I did throughly enjoy the aubergine tapas dish. Restaurant was extremely quiet considering the amount of footfall past.

I used to go to this restaurant all the time when I used to live in Clapham and loved it. I went back and I have to say the food isn’t quite the same as a few years ago. Service was great and the ambience… loved it. The fish paella was tasty but not the best I have ever eaten.

This place is still by no means awful, but has really gone downhill in recent years. The change in ownership/management has had a negative effect. Service slow and lacklustre (and at times downright rude) and food just about ok. Has gone from being one of the best tapas place in London to being decidedly average.

A hidden gem of a restaurant with great ambience and tasty tapas! Went here on a Thursday evening and it wasn’t too busy so food and service was very quick. Staff were courteous and the paella was flavoursome and reminded me of Spain! Definitely recommend the Gambas Pil Pil, as well as the meat platter if you’re looking to share! Do expect to splash out a little bit though; it is tapas at the end of the day, but what a treat it went down!

Liked the decor. Huge portions are served as tapas. So we realised we have ordered twice as much food when they arrived. Aubergine tapas was my favourite

A Nightmare Dining ExperienceMy friends and I decided to try out this restaurant last Sunday, and it turned out to be a decision we regretted deeply. The entire experience was nothing short of a disaster.To begin with, the service was terrible. It took a frustrating long 30 minutes for someone to even bother taking our orders, and that was just the beginning of our woes. Our paella, which we ordered as a main dish, took over an hour to arrive at our table. The pinnacle of disappointment, however, was when the chicken wings we ordered arrived raw. I chose not to complain at that point, as I was already seething with anger and hunger after the extended wait, and left it as it is.The aftermath of this dining disaster was even worse. I ended up with food poisoning, spending the next day in the hospital. The hygiene standards in that kitchen are questionable at best, and I shudder to think about what might have been in the unhygienic food we consumed.Adding insult to injury, the staff's behaviour was beyond unacceptable. In response to our complaint about the interminable waiting time, a staff member insensitively remarked, This is not KFC
