My daughter trains here twice weekly and I absolutely hate going anywhere near the pace, as do most of the people I know that have too. I'm sure the facilities are absolutely fine but what's the point of you're not allowed to park in site, even if you pay you can't park.No point in arranging any sort of sporting activities if you can't stay and watch. They need to sort this out as more and more people are just not bothering with the place. Staff aren't very helpful either when you ask about alternative parking solutions

Not very clean place, not very helpful staff and a nightmare for parking as you have to phone and pay which after taking all your details doesn't work so then you download the app which again doesn't work properly. Staff locked up and left while a football game was still going on taking locker room keys with them. It took about an hour to get there belongs.

Received a parking fine for attending a children's party sent them an email to ask if they could remove it for me and they where unwilling to help.

Situated on the college campus at Llandarcy. Amazing set up with loads of machines and free weights for all levels. Staff are friendly and no one there makes anyone joining feel intimidated. Value for money all day long.

Initial IT problems when trying to join.. finally kindly sorted out by Jane..Terrific place, great value, great equipment and staff..One disappointment...no crunch sit up machine..they used to have one, and I found it great because it takes the stress off your lower back and isolated the Abs...hope they get one back..

Would only give this 1 star not for the place just the parking, there are top class amenities here but zero parking total joke in the planning dept,
