Top Gear Track Experience

Overall a great day, good selection of super cars to choose from, lots of friendly staff and professional instructors, special shout out to Dom for his excellent coaching in the McLaren & Jaguar F-Type. A little bit of hanging around in between the car driving experiences. I think after a few laps I mastered the Gambon corner!

Good instructors themselves, but overall letdown by the following:- It didn't start well as poor signage for parking (we must have done a couple of laps to find where to park!)- The chap running the safety briefing had very poor people skills, making you feel like naughty school kids being told off throughout. He turned away one guy who missed about 10 seconds of the start of the briefing (he'd have only missed the guy introducing himself). He then had a go at me for looking at my screen for about 3 seconds (I was turning my phone off)- It was really difficult to see the track with just a few cones set out which were difficult to see It was like dodge the cone day"- Had to correct the person who tried to charge me £30 for a £14.95 upgrade."

It was ok, but a little disorganised and not really sure how it all worked. Once you'd worked it out it was fine. Cars were a wee bit ragged tbh. and could probably use more instructors as waiting was a little protracted.

Firstly the location was poorly signposted within the aerospace. You have to go through a white raised gate where a person is stationed. When you are let through the signs are very confusing. No GPS at this point. Make sure you take full note of the directions the guy gives you. Don't take the diversion that it tells you. Follow it for more than a mile around the concourse, at the very top you'll see signposts for 6th gear experience on a blue cone. Parking is at the entrance on the grass. We were waiting 20mins to be seen, the queue was 20 people long with 4 people serving. Dont worry if you're late, they fit you in.Everything was manually done by paper.It rained a lot, there was no shelter for drivers or spectators we were told to stay away from the yellow canopy where instructors call out drivers by name. Visitors cannot pass the yellow canopy, you can take pics/vids from a great distance. You're not allowed on the grass. There is a photographer on site who does take great pics, it's better to buy it. Tea and coffe/food is served from a truck. Min payment is £5 if using card. Coffee is £2 My partner enjoyed it though.

What a great day out got to drive some very fast and exotic cars, well worth it.

Booked 4 car drive with Virgin experience over the phone but they haven't send to me confirmation. As we have arrived I was worried but No issues on said, staff check my booking and help me up. Everything went nice I have driven dream cars and we had lunch on said. There was available snuck van with hot-dogs, burgers, chips, and lots more.Michael which drive me with Ariel Atom was extremely friendly and this was the best experience of my day.

Excellent day out. Thoroughly recommend for an experience day. Straight forward to sign in and get your paperwork ECT. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good clean toilets. Some shelter and seating provided. Only point would there is only one very expensive burger stand for food and drink. There are no facilities for disabled users and small children. Transport from parking lot to track is a mini bus with stairs & access to toilets there are steps. No where to change babies. No tables to eat/sit at, but there is plenty of grass space and lots of people brought picnics.

Gabriella wizzed around the track in 3 Super cars, she had a great time.
