These guys are excellent.Sorted us out in an emergency and never took advantage with price.Highly recommended.

I would not recommend.We are now however really good at tiling, laying floors, plumbing etc because we did it ourselves, so in a way they did us a favour.

First call came out within an hour of being called, they miss-diagnosed the problem which meant I had to wait another week for Baxi to come out, for Baxi to tell me that there wasn't a problem with the boiler and it was a plumbing problem. This had already been explained to First call when they came out but they insisted it was a boiler problem and charged me £60.

I asked first call plumbing to fit a number of radiators in our house and asked for silver radiators which I got quoted for.On the day they brought white ones (Even through I was quoted for more expensive silver ones) and said they couldn't get hold of any on the day as they picked them up en route to me.At no point before they attended did they tell me this, however as it was a cold time of the year we needed them in so I proceeded to let them continue.They spent most of the day there and to be fair were decent and nice throughout the day and they told me it went through smoothly and showed me the radiators working.When I got the invoice I asked them if they could check the price as white radiators were generally a lot cheaper. They re-sent the invoice and charged me the same price as the silver ones but just changed it to white on the description and then they added £100 on for extra piping".When I inquired what this was and they explained that they had come across something under the floorboards which required extra piping.At no point during the whole of the day did they even talk to me to advise me of this

Used this company through my letting agent. Kept me in constant communication as to when the boiler would be repaired and even worked late (after 8pm) on a Friday night to ensure I was not without heating or hot water for any longer. Massively appreciate their hard work and also, the guys who fixed the boiler were chatty and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Called them and they came and fixed the problem within 3 hours. What a refreshing change to find tradesmen who turn up when they say they will and don’t take your eyes out price wise. Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent service.

Attended the call out on Christmas Eve ! earlier than anticipated which was brilliant. Repaired the issue the same evening and went away to quote for additional works. The gentleman was polite, friendly and knowledgeable when we asked about the issues surrounding the leak. The invoice was sent out and the price was good value. I would 100% recommend First Call and will definitely be using them again.

Delighted with the speed and level of service received. It's refreshing to be able to trust a company who delivers on their promises. Will definitely use again.
