Wendy, at the Newcastle store, was so helpful, flexible and patient with my daughter when she had her ears pierced. She had excellent advice for us and spent time answering all our questions. I could not fault the expertise and service, which is exactly what you want for this occasion. Being able to book an appointment was also was an added bonus as others do not take bookings and the wait time was long. I had my ears pierced at H Samuel 36 years ago and feel a little tradition has been started ❤️

Must thank Wendy at H. Samuel on Northumberland street Newcastle for her fabulous service. Price matched a watch I've been wanting for a while. Shame not all shops provide this level of service. Watch with the warranty and special offer on a necklace for a birthday present all for less than what I would've paid for the watch in John Lewis. Big thank you.

I took in a watch I had purchased elsewhere to have it fitted. It was a bracelet strap. I was served by Helen, who removed 7 links from the bracelet. The job was expertly done, and Helen was patient and very polite as she continued to maintain excellent customer care whilst completing the work. Great service. Many thanksSteve.

The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Wendy was very considerate and helped as much as possible with picking the best size and the right ring. Customer service certainly goes a long way and I couldn't fault it. The ring is also absolutely perfect and my fiancee loves it.
