Great product and service

Good quality product. However, it does seem somewhat expensive. The charges placed on shipping are of particular note. It's not justifiable to charge upwards of £10 an item for shipping, if lead times are going to exceed 4 weeks. Particularly given the poor communication regarding delivery.

Had my VW Splitscreen interior done by these guys, stunning work and attention to detail was excellent. I can highly recommend Andy and his team.

Excellent, very talented

Stay away from this company. While I cannot fault the quality of the work the colours were not correct. I was originally instructed to put notes in the order comment box regarding material and stitching colour. I had never been asked what colour and so of course changed this instruction from black to my desired colour. Also selected red on the stitching option for the item which I quote “they dont read” but clearly no one reads the comment box either!!!I had confirmation emails stating red stitching on all items. But on the despatch email it read black. I was worried at this point and all items arrived with black stitching.Upon contacting them I am told that it can’t be redone because it can’t be removed from the classic mini dash rails without sourcing new ones which I fail to believe. No offer of compensation for ruining my interior plans. Apparently it’s my fault that they copied notes from Informal quotation emails where I was never even asked about what colour I would like just told instructions to order online and make sure they are in the comments box which of course I changed to red and even had it on the confirmation as you can see attached! They didn’t read it is all he had to say. I’m appalled.

Had a motorbike seat done recently, superb job, really impressed with Andy and his Team. All communication was done via email with a very professional manner. Well impressed with the service and pricing was fair would recommend to anyone else
