Terrible management my child with disability got refused a place

My little boy is so happy here. I go to work knowing that he loves the staff and completes some brilIliant activities with them. The parent and teacher partnership means that we all work to the same goals. Nothing is ever too much trouble and cant recommend this nursery enough!

Since reopening in June, the team at Wonderland have gone above and beyond to maintain a warm and caring environment, despite the need for settings to be more clinical with a focus on infection control.When collecting my children each evening, it is evident that robust wipe down routines ahead of the next session are being implemented, with the environment being sectioned off so children still have adequate space and opportunity to play.The manager, and her senior team of have demonstrated true leadership during the phased return for children. I am confident that my children are meeting all expected milestones with EYFS as despite all the panic in the world, there is consistent evidence of opportunities my children have had to engage and learn through stories and play.The whole team are ever flexible, a recent Gruffalo hunt became an indoor exercise due to weather but from the photos we've seen, the outdoor was truly brought inside with footprints and leaves being set up (much more than I'd have been willing to tidy up in our house!)The service has also upped it's online presence to connect with family and share photos and videos, these have proven to be great talking points and our eldest child will insist we play the games like she does at nursery.In addition to the new ways of working, the staff still setting aside time to plan the next calendar event, it's as if the whole world hasn't been turned on its head. In the last two weeks alone they have held different daily celebration sessions for Halloween, Remembrance Day, children in need and Diwali.I can not fault the standard of care my children receive at the nursery.

after conducting research on all the nurseries in west drayton, we shortlisted wonderland, due to the following reasons,1) It had limited kids so bit more personal attention2) Very nice ambiance for kids3) Good outside garden4) It is an Old structure, hence gives it a nice feel5) Staff and management are extremely flexible and listen to us6) We felt that our kid would be more happy here as compared to other placesand he learnt good things-ves1) No buggy place

My daughter Ada attends wonderland nursery and she loves it. The staff do so much with the children and have such great relationships with them. Ada has learnt so much being there and always talks about all of her friends and all of the staff. Thank you all for everything you do. Highly recommend!

Absolutely FANTASTIC nursery! Both my children have been been to this nursery and my youngest has been there for over a year and still loves it! The staff are amazing and their care and kindness towards the children and families is truly incredible. I don't like my children being anywhere I am not, however the staff have taken everything into consideration and work with me.... I have had previous experience with other nurserys and this is BY FAR THE BEST!! its beautiful to know your children are happy and safe and are learning and making friends. I honestly can not thank everyone at Wonderland nursery enough. 10/10!!!

Great nursery and can only recommend it. My daughter has been there for the last 18 months and loved it. The staff is very caring, the children have space to play and are well cared for. Lovely outdoor space as well.

So happy with Wonderland Nursery. They helped my daughter settle in really quickly.The staff are lovely and do lots of different activities with them. She seems very happy there!
