We have just recently bought a second car from Simcol. We were extremely pleased with the purchase of our first car and decided to go back to Simon when we decided to change it. He offers just the best service, we couldn’t fault him. He’s very knowledgeable, straightforward, no sales patter, friendly and genuine. If we were to change our car again, Simcol is where we’d be going again !

Needed a new car at short notice as old car was likely to fail mot and possibly be scrapped. . Found me a car that I wanted on a budget I could afford.. Have to say great service. Never felt pressurised to buy. Very happy with price paid for car and back up guarantees swung the deal for me. 10 months on my car has had no problems.. Simply put I’d highly recommend and have done to my friends.

Bought a car, was very happy with the service and felt confident that the dealer was genuine.just under 3 months after purchasing the car it developed a fault with the ABS (just one of those things and nothing anyone could have expected). Simcol cars had put a 3 month warranty on with WarrantyWise. The part was covered on the policy, however the warranty company rejected the claim. Simcol cars went above and beyond, contacting the Warranty company to complain and provide further evidence of service history. As a result the Warranty company conceded to pay toward the repair. Would feel confident buying from this dealer again.

Most people’s experience in buying cars follow a certain pattern, you find a number of cars you actually like and are prepared to commit to financially then arrange to view them. This is followed by what most consider the ‘fun’ part, having to navigate around overly pushy sales people and well crafted sales techniques designed to get your signature on the dotted line.Upon arrival Simon was warm, friendly and courteous. Within minutes of the pleasantries, Simon unlocked the car and allowed us to view to our hearts content as we chatted away without a single ounce of pushy or assertive sales tactics. Simon was happy to stand back and allow us to view the car but was also very happy and open to engage in small talk and conversation catering for both the introvert or more extroverted character.Simon was happy to allow a test drive of the vehicle and guided through a figure of eight route. The route gave a good impression of how the vehicle felt on the road on national speed limit roads but also on smaller 30 roads.Having arrived back from the test drive, we advised Simon there was another vehicle we had planned to view but enquired about the best offer for the vehicle. Simon encouraged us to go and have a look at the other vehicle first before making any decisions, a tactic used only by sales people confident in their product.Having viewed the other vehicle, I decided Simon had the car I wanted but was also the man I wanted to buy from. Simon was happy to negotiate a strong and fair deal for the vehicle which included my own car as part exchange and a cash lump sum.Overall, Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a true gentleman. Simon is a man with vast amounts of experience and it really showed having discussed his history in the car sales industry. This gave me huge confidence in him and I was more than happy to shake hands on closing the deal.Thank you again for you help Simon and making the whole experience pleasant and easy.

I purchased a Mini from from Simon at Simcol cars and I am very happy with the service. The initial viewing was a pleasant experience and Simon was not pushy. He simply let me look over the car at my own pace and answered any questions that I had. Paperwork was dealt with in a professional manner. Within 3 days of buying the car a couple of problems developed, but even though Simon was on his family holiday he booked the car into his local garage for the repairs. 1 week later and the car had been fixed and paid for by Simon. Overall very happy with the service and would buy from Simcol cars again.UPDATE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER! 2 WEEKS AGO MY MINI BROKE DOWN. A HOLE IN THE PISTON WAS DISCOVERED. SIMON IS NOT HELPING WHATSOEVER AND IS BLAMING OTHER SOURCES. HE IS DODGING QUESTIONS SUCH AS WHY HAS MY CAR LOST 3 LITRES OF OIL IN 1.5 MONTHS AND ONLY 700 MILES?! I AM NOW STUCK WITH PAYING OVER £2000 FOR A NEW ENGINE AND I AM HAVING TO GO DOWN THE LEGAL ROUTE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS TOTAL FRAUD! STAY WELL CLEAR!!! DONT LET HIM HIDE BEHIND THE RAC WARRANTY!In response to Simon:You dodged every single question that I asked. You will not answer as to why my car had lost 3 litres of oil in 700 miles. You will not supply me with a copy of the RAC report. Mini have proved that their work did not cause the engine break down and you know this. I want people to be aware that when they buy cars off you, they need to be wary that if it suffers a catastrophic break down, you will not help.

I recently purchased a Skoda Superb estate from Simcol Cars. Simon was a pleasure to deal with from the very first phone call right through to completing the purchase. Simon was honest with details about the car and at no time did he use any pressuring sales tactics. The service received was very professional throughout. The absolutely best experience of buying a car that I have ever had! I found Simon from Simcol Cars to be friendly, professional and honest. I've got a lovely car for a fair price and none of the hassle associated with swapping to a new car. Simon was even kind enough to meet me halfway as I live 200 miles away from Worcester. Totally recommend this car company.
