Totally agree with previous post. Shed not cheap but I am happy with it and the team who made it and put it up were very good. Communication and organisation from Norton was poor. I waited 2 months before chasing them up. Agreed installation date was missed and I was promised phone calls to let me know what was going on that I never received. Purchase from them and get a good shed but be ready to become frustrated with the overall lack of organisation, length of wait and poor customer service. It would be so easy for them to be better organised with prompt installation dates and keeping customers informed about the progress of their order. They need to be proactive about communicating with customers and keeping track of orders and installations themselves. Maybe a computer system rather than the ancient looking order book might be a good start? If they sort this out, they could be a 5 star company. The 2 stars represents the customer service. The shed is a 5 star product.

Shed good, although a few niggles, like the hole in the door for the key not level with lockFitters good.Would be much better to be told it was going to take 9 weeks not 4-5, and then given dates that keep changing, very frustrating, especially as the office seem to not know why you expect them to arrive on days they say they willProbably worth the wait, but expect to be messed about by lack of organization in the office.Totally fed up by the time it arrived

If only I had read these reviews first!! I was recommended the company by a colleague, hence why I did not check. Shed was desperately needed to store furniture due to house renovations but would then become a summer house. They were very helpful before ordering and said they would do their best for 4 weeks. I asked If they were confident as I could buy something better priced for 6 weeks. 8 weeks later and after 3 times being postponed on the day (much time off work) the fitters arrived. Alas I was at work (think of the boy that cried wolf), so my builders let them in. I arrived home to find completely the wrong style. One fixed window and the roof around the wrong way. Looked like a work shop, not the charming airy, bright log cabin I was expecting. The gentleman at Nortons denied the many painfully long calls we had discussing the required design. They dont communicate by email you see, they rely on the order book which apparently there was a hand sketch on there that proved I didnt want windows etc. The shed itself.. the wood is nice (should be for nearly 2K!!) but over winter many items stored inside are covered in mould, there are gaps around the window, the doors are lobsided and cannot be shut properly, the roof is sagging like a banana. I know there is zero point phoning up as there is just that one office number and life is too short to endure their horrendous service attitude. Just avoid if I had my chance again

Sadly I can't review any work this company has done for us. Let me explain. I visited the show site in Chipping Norton. I spoke with a gentleman and he explained their products. I arranged a visit and he never turned up. No phone call to explain or to arrange another time. Not impressed and have now used another company

First class service from start to finish. Excellent products ans pleased with the finished summer house.

We had been looking for a potting shed for a while, plenty to see online but no way to see the quality, we visited the site at Chipping Norton and decided on a shed, good quality, solid shed. I did have to chase them to get confirmation of delivery, but once this was done the team arrived on the agreed day and fitted the shed.All good and I would recommend. Also nice to do business with a local company rather than a faceless website. Thanks

It wasn't a quick process but well worth the wait!We love our new garden room and it has exceeded our expectations. All the team who worked on this project were very friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank Adrian, Walter and Sarah in the office and Lee, James, Paul, Owen and Andy who worked so hard on the base and the building itself.The building is excellent quality and we can't wait to begin enjoying relaxing in it.

Beware! My parents (who are pensioners) purchased a shed from this company in June and they had to wait until September for it to be delivered. The shed was delivered, and erected, the opening windows they had paid extra for were missing, but unfortunately that was the least of their problems as it was completely the wrong shed. They were told by Nortons that the problem was with the supplier and to contact them directly. After many calls the company that built it said they did not make the shed my parents had paid almost £1000 for and they could not help. My parents made several calls and two visits back to Nortons only to be told Sorry

What a shambolic company. Avoid them at all costs.We ordered a 9ft x 6ft shed from them and we were promised delivery in 4 weeks. Paid the deposit and waited patiently.The shed did not arrive for 9 weeks. Calls to them went unanswered. One call was finally answered by a grunting monosyllabic person and we were promised a call back which never came.When the shed did finally arrive it hade been made to the wrong size. 90 inches x 60 inches (as opposed to 9ft x 6ft)The charmless delivery driver said I must have ordered it. A quick look at the original order form showed him the error. Still he shrugged his shoulders and refused to accept it was their fault.So, send that shed back and time to try and reclaim our deposit.Multiple calls and broken promises later we finally got our money back.Please heed this warning. If you need a shed, do anything but buy one from Norton Leisure Buildings.
