Extremely helpful and patient service. Knowing almost nothing about audio myself, Paul took the time to work out exactly what I needed, and explain the steps to connect everything when back home.Couple of days later I popped back in to get advice about quirks in my apartment with existing speaker setup etc. Again got loads of help to get it sorted! Thank you!

I’ve been buying hifi & av equipment from Richer Sounds ever since there first shop was open on the walkway at London Bridge. Julian used to serve customers ( as you would expect) and their service & knowledge has just got better & better. They are always my first shop to go to when I’m updating my system.

Had a mishap and lost the rubber bit on the end of my earphones. Tried 4 shops in the area before checking here. Had the issue sorted in a minute and they were kind enough to let me have it for free too, seems to be staffed by a really great group of guys.

Paul who staged a demo for me was a great guy. He gave multiple choices, and explained the differences. Exactly what I needed. Also, he offered really aggressive prices, better than you can find online.

useless staff. used to think richer sounds were good. not anymore! at least they could hire staff that know what tech is on the shelf. they are sales persons not technical in anyway. usual rubbish! also one tip. if a salesman states, ' I have one, they are great, they are selling rubbish!
