Tandem Personnel
I was employed as a temp by Tandem from 27/05/2021 to 09/06/2023. I had previously been registered with many different agencies for many different lengths of time as I sought fresh employment after the 2019 demise of the previous firm I worked for. The overall service I had while with Tandem leaves all of those others behind. If someone comes to me asking for a recommendation of an agency to join, I will point them straight to Tandem. I have left Tandem after 5 years for retirement, over this time they have been very good to me, professional and understanding especially over this last year with family health issues and bereavement.I would recommend them as an agency they have been prompt to answer questions and helpful with concerns, importantly pay slips and pay have always been on time,

Contacted Tandem regarding job opportunities with my local council and I have to say they were on the ball right away. Several other agencies send me details about jobs but I cannot say they are really putting themselves out. Tandem on the other hand rang me with up dates and I felt they were really trying. I did manage to get a job on my own volition and contacted Tandem. They were pleased that |I had found employment and I would not hesitate in using them again.John

My experience with them was very good. I contacted them because of a job advertise in my area. On the first meeting they showed to know the market very well and I liked their direct approach.
