Super helpful guys, knew their stuff and took me through gait analysis, gave a few shoes to pick from, and explained everything in a lot of detail so I felt confident purchasing. Have worn my shoes now for a few weeks and love them.

First visit to the Birmingham store, Jamie was extremely helpful and was able to recommend a selection of shoes to help improve my overpronation following my free gait analysis. All the recommended shoes were tried and tested on the treadmill with a noticeable improvement in my gait. Jamie was able to offer lots of advice and also recommended some popular local running spots for me as a beginner runner. Will definitely return here for the great service. Thanks again!

I went in recently to have their gait analysis after it was recommended by a friend. One of their staff - Martin - was super helpful and insightful and actually picked up on several traits I have which had been diagnosed by a chiropodist beforehand.I decided to make a purchase there and then based on his recommendations and was really happy with the trainers I got. Overall, very impressed with the whole experience and level of service

I only had 10mins and didn’t know my shoe size (due to having given birth my feet have changed) but I needed new trainers. Top class, speedy service and got some comfy new trainers - thank you!!

Travelled into Birmingham to have some shoes fitted, the store was busy so happy to wait my turn. Instead both workers decided to juggle multiple people at the same time, it’s not possible to get a good fitting if four people are being served at the same time . The analysis was rushed and shoes weren’t properly fitted, I was told multiple times to tie the shoes tighter when they were falling off the back of my foot for being a size too big. The worker came across as condescending and unhelpful like he didn’t want to be serving me at all. Walked away with no shoes and won’t be returning.

Quick efficient service, note you dobt have to change for the treadmill, analysed my running in my existing shoes and have some recommendations based on what type of running g I do. Ensured the pair I went for were a good fit, and had a good laugh with staff about my charity Santa Speeedo Run for KEMP Hospice. Would 100% recommend.

Travelled into Birmingham with my wife as she was going to buy me some decent running trainers for my birthday. Never had a gait analysis done before so I was expecting some conversation and info gathering between myself and the advisor.Barely 30seconds on tredmill. Was asked what brand I liked and they didn't have suitable ones in stock and had to ask about alternatives.Disappointed. Found trainers elsewhere.

Had a great time at Up&Running, both myself and a friend got our gaits analysed for free. I also inquired about a new pair of running shoes. I left with a great pair and some running socks. The service was brilliant and the quality of the products they offered was great. Would highly recommend.
