Great selection of cards. Post office a bit busy. Not clear where to buy cards. Queue difficult to negotiate. Queue jumping not regulated. Frustrating. No space for prams.

Penny Black is a really good post office combined with a great stationery store - lovely/amusing/whacky cards, note books and diaries, gift wrapping and related bobbles, good selection of small gifts, and serious parcel type packaging. It is also a collection point for Amazon. Marvellous local facility.

Ordered balloons for my little boys birthday party. Elaine could not have been more helpful, even ordering in different animal designs as they didn’t have any in stock at the time. They looked great, and now over a week on they are still perfect - would highly recommend.

The staff are SO friendly. I wanted to post something but I was so lost and nervous. I made a few mistakes but the staff were sweet and gentle about it. The service was quick and efficient. I shipped my package no problem.

Friendly post office with helpful staff. When you think of some of the grim post offices around this one really does shine. Thanks for making a chore (like posting post) actually enjoyable.

Good post office but service can be a bit slow at lunchtimes. A nice selection of cards also available if you forgot someone's birthday!

They opened a few minutes after 9 am keeping a queue of customers waiting outside. When the woman did unlock the door whilst talking on the phone, she didn't open the door for the old gent who was first in the queue.Once inside, we all had to wait in another queue as the counter staff were not ready to serve and they faffed about for another couple minutes. They eventually started serving about 6 minutes after 9 am.Irritating, slow service generally. Don't go to this place if you are in a hurry and need served quickly, it ain't going to happen.
