Phoned on a few occasions always answer phone, not a problem in itself but, have never returned my calls.Today checked the website saysopen closes at 5pm.Drove over to Ongar the shop, unit7 no one at home,shopLocked up. Phoned again, answer phone gave up.People at another unit say they have never seen anybody there.

I purchased a bottle of Leather dye and found it was only 75% full I complained to them and they did not do anything about it.I explained that I am in my 70,s and could not send a picture but have been totally ignored !!!!

I purchased a dye with this company. While ago and it was coming Being wrong shade. Had conversation with them . It happened I was giving them the wrong colour .sorry all my fault!!!!!!! But when we got to what colour I required they sorted it. And only now I have got around to doin the seat, and a perfect and easy match. You won't notice it from original jaguar colour. Perfect!!!!!!! Glen
