Good parking. Good customer attention in store. Good delivery times compared to others. No prices on any display furniture combinations as guidelines (like you would find on new cars in a showroom) unfortunately. All furniture is modular/customisable so any pricing queries need furniture to be built up on the computer first. Would have liked to see some Corb/Eames/etc. inspired furniture but that's personal choice.

Great experience from initial enquiry until delivery. Great advice and support in making decisions with Philip. The furniture is beautiful and a great choice of finishes. The delivery team were tidy, quick and really friendly. Super professional at every level and lovely coffee!

Ordered mattress 03.12.22.. I rang to query mid January.. They told me that it had been delivered on 16.01.23.. It had not! They apologised.. Said it was blip in computer. Delivery arranged for 1st February. Only 1 driver came.. My son answered door + driver asked if he could help carry mattress upstairs... I told the driver that I had been assured there would be 2 drivers! The driver said his colleague was still off sick due to death in family.. Lucky my son was at home.. I then rang office after delivery to query why this happened only to receive a pack of lies... The driver had told the office that he had said to my son that he was waiting on his other driver.. but that my son had offered to help... This was a lie! The driver asked my son to help him as he was on his own! The man on the other end of the phone (who originally had assured me 2 drivers would be here for delivery) was quite argumentative.. Taking the side of the driver! For this kind of treatment after paying £900 for a mattress is absolutely shocking! Never again!!! Plus my son pulled a muscle in his back.... I would definitely NOT order from this Company ever!

Fantastic range of furniture available. Phillip always went out of his way to help answer all our queries regarding a new build. He was professional and courteous at all times and gave constructive and useful advice with regard to the best choices for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Algram Modern Living to anyone who is looking for high quality, unique furniture.

I never said we were charged but it was the attitude of the gentleman who said it. Meaning you were only welcome if you were buying. Bearing in mind we had just moved in to a new house and needed furniture for most rooms.Below is a review I left 2 years ago, it got a reply today calling me a liar that would i said didnt happen. And we would never go into it again. Me and my husband can 100% say it definitely happen...........Went in for a look at sofas and was asked if I needed help and we said we were just browsing to which we were told I think I'm gonna start charging for browsing, what do you think. Absolutely blown away by the fantastic showrooms. Very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fulfilled all our requirements and more. The delivery team were delightful, finishing the installations professionally. Would highly recommend Algram

Algram Modern Living was recommended to us by friends. We drove over an hour to have a look around. The showroom is stunning and so is the furniture. We found a piece that we were very interested in, but could not find anyone in the showroom. Eventually we could see two men in another section of the showroom, but they didn’t bother to assist us. We were the only people in the shop. We found this really off-putting. For the price of the furniture, the customer service certainly didn’t match.

Took a visit to this beautiful furniture store, lovely furniture the prices are hi but the quality and styling reflects their prices we had a guy called Philip who gave exceptional customer service even thought he got busy he still made a point to come back to us and there was no pressure at all to buy which in itself shows a professional at work thanks Philip we are hoping to return at a later date.

It is the perfect furniture store if you want to purchase high-quality furniture in first-class design. The advice is competent. The service and delivery were impeccable. The communication went smoothly.
