Had such a lovely experience trying on dresses for the first time at Bridal Rogue. I definitely wasn't expecting to find my dress on the first visit, but I was so blown away by the choice and found my perfect dress! Confident that I'll have a great experience with any alterations & really looking forward to picking up my fabulous dress.

I went with my sister shopping for her wedding dress. We were extremely disappointed with the service provided. The lady did not seem interested in knowing the name of the bride or who she had brought with her. She had no interest in what dresses my sister wanted to try and instead pulled out dresses she thought my sister should try. When asked to try certain dresses on the lady would bypass what we had asked to try and pulled out other unsuitable alternatives. It felt as though the lady wanted us to only buy what she wanted to sell and was not actually interested in what the client wanted. The lady made my sister get into the dress herself and only helped with the fastening of it; when it came to unfastening the dress she did this in front of the windows without pulling the curtain around and affording no privacy. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience on what should have been an exciting day.EDIT: We made the booking on 7 September 2021 at 6:13pm. The appointment was on 2 October 2021 at 1:45pm. We paid a £10 fee for this appointment. Our booking number was #01137.

All of the ladies here at Bridal Rogue Gallery are the loveliest, friendliest and most professional people I have ever met. They made the process of choosing a dress so personalised and easy. I even ended up choosing my dress before visiting anywhere else because they made me feel so comfortable and understood! From the first appointment to the last I was given wonderful service, whilst also having a laugh with them all. My dress was PERFECT on the day after the alterations that were made and my veil made all the women in the church make a hushed sort of ooooooooo" sound as it was spread out around me in the church. Thank you for the most amazing experience to find my dress. The ladies went above and beyond with their service and help. I said Yes after only trying on two! They were very knowledgeable and offered great advice. I can’t wait for my first fitting and I couldn’t recommend this shop enough! This was the first shop I visited and I felt a bit nervous beforehand but there was really no reason to, the shop was welcoming with a lovely atmosphere. I also visited under Covid guidelines and the shop was clean and professional. Thank you so much!!

I came across a stunning wedding dress online sold by the Bridal Rouge Gallery. Luckily the dress I loved was in their Harrogate store. Claire was an amazing host, she showed me the dress and other amazing alternatives and I fell in love with a stunning gown which I purchased on the day! Due to this being my first time to the store and securing a payment, Claire surprised me with £100 off accessories! Not only that, she accommodated so well for my family members including one of my family members who has a disability, and made us all feel so comfortable. Went to the Harrogate store last weekend with my friend to try wedding dresses. Thankfully we had been to 2 other shops previously and had a good experience, because if this had been my sole wedding dress fitting experience I would have been gutted.First of all I had been called earlier in the week to move our appointment 30 mins later than planned because a staff member needed to have their lunch break (no issue at all), however when we arrived at the new appointment time we were greeted by the seamstress who informed us that the stylist who was supposed to be seeing us was in fact about to take her lunch break at that time, so it made no sense at all that our appointment had been moved. The seamstress made no effort to ask mine or my friend's name and check I was the correct attendee to the appointment, and she seemed inconvinienced by us being there and seemed in a rush to get us trying dresses ASAP without even offering us any kind of refreshment (not even a glass of water).She then talked loudly about herself for the majority of the appointment and also started badmouthing another bridal shop we had been to earlier that day. When she was getting me out of one dress into the next , she would throw the previous dress onto the floor instead of hanging it straight up (she hung it up afterwards but seeing these beautiful dresses chucked onto the floor was horrible). We also noticed that a lot of the dresses were dirty/ stained with makeup.Honestly the whole experience was just awkward and embarrassing and we couldn't wait to leave. I felt I was trying dresses just to be polite because I knew from the atmosphere in the shop that I wasn't going to find 'the one' here. I can't believe we had to pay £10 for the appointment. Hopefully they were just having a one off bad day but from this experience I do not recommend this shop.

I had the most amazing experience buying my wedding dress from Bridal Rogue Gallery. All the ladies there are so lovely, honest and helpful and they made me feel a million dollars! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from trying on lots of different dresses to finding my dream one, and wearing it on the big day was just out of this world. Had so many compliments. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you! xx

Fantastic shop, with so much choice. All your dresses are absolutely stunning.I tried on several dresses at my first appointment, I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy.I was given lots of help, ideas and suggestions of how to personalise my dress for the big day.I found the whole experience exciting and so much fun!I will defiantly be returning to your store!

We were greeted by a very lovely, attentive lady when we entered the shop. She was very welcoming and got to work gathering the dresses that I had liked from their website. She was very helpful with making sure the dresses looked perfect and I felt beautiful in all of the stunning dresses I tried on! Although I ended up choosing a dress from a different store which I had seen earlier that day, the lady was more than supportive of the decision and was genuinely happy for me that I had found the right dress. Super lovely and would highly recommend as all their dresses are stunning! Thank you!x
