Cannot recommend if you want to return Amazon item through UPS access point (because you find appealing that you don't need to pack & print label), save your time, DO NOT GO HERE. The shopkeeper VERY RUDELY told me I'm wrong & I need to do all that he signed up to do for UPS.Go to Warren's up the road at Orby Drive, they are pleasant and do what they're supposed to do. Was there this morning & refund is already being processed.
