I called into book for my covid injection, and I was given it right away, and on top of that, the pharmacy took my blood pressure, it was really high, she told me to book an appointment with my GP, if I didn't call in I would never have known, not that I can get an appointment, Thank you Everest.

Absolutely disgusted by what I have seen today. The woman working on the desk being abusive and threatening to the customers at one point followed a customer out of the pharmacy shouting that in her words she's been doing this job for 15 years. Never seen such a lack of professionalism at any pharmacy ever. Shocking behaviour it should be investigated. Before that confrontation the same woman berated an elderly gentleman. Disgusting behaviour, your company should be ashamed. Do not allow these people access to your personal information!!

Worst pharmacy that I’ve ever encounter. So ridiculous, had to wait one hour and thirty minutes to be accommodated. No consideration to elderly and for people who has a small baby.

This is the wose chemist I have had to deal with. Not only have I had different meds in my blister packs. Had to go over a confront them, also had someone else meds. Had to return them. No explanation.. apart from it's the robot. (You know the one that they feed the medication into).now i just had one lot of emergency meds delivered without the other and told me it will be Monday. Why bring one without the other. You numpty's

They say they have ordered your prescription but they actually didn't, so you have to order multiple times and contact your GP so that you can actually have your medicine. Because of them I had to go without my medicine.

If I could give a minus rating I would, that's how bad this pharmacy! Big chaos, very long waiting time, poor customer service. Useless and apathetic staff, one of their staff was heartless enough to refuse getting rid of the medication of a customer's deceased father while shouting and threatening another customer of banning him from the pharmacy because he complained about how long he's been waiting for! Someone should shut them down!

Absolutely ridiculous wait times, don’t even bother to try call them as I called over 30 times before they even bothered to pick up over a 1 hour period. They purposely rejected calls on multiple occasions. Delivery driver is a shambles too just slipped a note in saying “ sorry we missed you” even tho no one bothered to knock on the door or even ring the bell.

Never use they service again .unprofessional and selfish people work here . I was kept waiting for my sons adhd and other medication for 45mins ,alot of people came and gone with they medication and I made them aware more than several times I have children on they own in my car and still had me waiting .at the end I lost my temper and I asked again and she said yes yes they getting it ready after hearing this last 45 mins .I took my sons prescription and walked off .I will never use them again . They just care about they money . Shocking how they did not care about safety of others and no acknowledgement what they did .
