Excellent experience with staff, we were greated with friendliness and patience . We like one particular sofa and talked to a gentleman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given time and information to make a informed decision. We decided on our favourite sofa and were shown all the fabric and colour samples. Great service and knowledge. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Excellent Service and fittingI have replaced the carpet in the first floor and the fitting guys came on time and did wonderful job in 2.5 hours. They did move all the furniture and fitted the carpet with high standard. I got the good quality carpet with competitive price and the shop owner is very flexible and job done as per the schedule.When I went to the shop for selection of carpet, they have shown me all the variety of carpets available with pros and cons . It was very helpful for me to choose the right one to fit into my budget and price.Highly recommend this for the quality, price and reliability.

Poor experience. Prices and quotes changing drastically between each salesman and the day of the week. Advised the suppliers are constantly changing their prices (they don’t). Commit to delivery dates that are then changed and the customer accused of mishearing them. I recommend going to a more established organisation for blinds and carpets, you can get great deals online and in most cases much better value and a more reliable service. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Excellent service, have been using City Carpet & furniture for a very long time, have been using these guys for 10 years now and have had carpet fitted in the whole house along with blinds and have lasted me many years with no problems. Excellent quality carpet and blinds have given me no problems. Have 3 young children in the house and at times will pull blinds to open close but are still in excellent condition.Also recently got furniture from here and can not fault it.Excellent service from friendly staff and quick delivery service.Would definitely recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience with the store. I spoke to a Mr Ali who gave me a good discount on a bedroom furniture set. I found the staff friendly and also the service was fast as it was delivered within 3 days.I would recommend their service to everyone especially for fast delivery.

Very bad experience. The salesman commit something over the phone and changed the price on my visit. Due to urgency I agreed to pay more price.He asked me to pay cash, as machine wasn't working again (it never does for obvious reasons).On the day of delivery the other guy charged £50 more. And after delivery he wanted £10 more. The delivery guy was queit aggressive and rude.They keep on changing price/delivery time and then accuse customer of mishearing them. I recommend going to a more established organisation for furniture & carpets, you can get great deals online and in most cases much better value with a more reliable service.
