I have been using this product for many years now through my work. I can honestly say that I've not been disappointed with the service, especially from Will the local rep that covers the South East of England. There's a great selection of beautiful colours and finishes. Delivery is usually with us within just a few days. Highly recommended based on both supply and service. Keep up the great work.

A decent product but expensive, and customer service is poor. I reported a problem with the panels not adhering to the wall and it took them 12 days just to email back asking for more photos. Not the kind of support you expect when panels are over £200 each.Update - after a little chasing, Multipanel have been good to their word and offered replacements free of charge under warranty. Things can and will go wrong, but it's about how companies deal with problems that really makes a big difference. Hats off to Multipanel for their approach.

Completed a bathroom refurbishment using GW boards blizzard design using all GW products inc sealants and adhesives Clients over the moon with the finished bathroom. Unfortunately 6 months down the road the tongue and groves joint started to show signs of swelling, this is where the problems have begun, initially ignored by the rep via the merchant, then numerous hoops to jump through giving us the impression that they are not interested, now back to being ignored. Not good enough grant Westfield this is very poor. I can only hope you see this and contact Howarth timber Mansfield to get this sorted. J butler

Had a pick up time for panels yesterday at 9am , managed to get into the yard at 9*30 after going to buzz the reception again , stood about to be asked by three different people if we were being served , at 10am I asked what the hold up was to be told that someone had been booked in at the same time as me , that makes two customers in the yard at the same time !! they can’t cope it seems . Westfields were a Rolls Royce company 15/20 years ago there service was second to none no problem getting served no problem product wise fantastic , I’m afraid now that it’s amateurish at best and the product is now MEDITE MDF which screams to me don’t let me near any water !, I was informed that the tests they have done on the new product is better than the ply the can’t get now in large quantities I’m sceptical to say the least , so my opinion is I will NEVER use there product again and never darken there door to say the least.

In the past 2 years I’ve had Multi-panels from the Linda Barker range (manufactured by Grant Westfield) fitted in 2 of my en-suites.Like many will be, I was seduced by the “30 year Warranty!” Of course this is a great sales tactic, because your sub-conscious mind thinks “these must be really good to offer that!”BUT BEFORE BUYING: take a step back and ask yourself:1. Do I know what tests the company carried out on these wall panels for them to come to that conclusion?2. Do I know what I can and cannot do, what I can and cannot use to clean them or their sealant over the next 30 years, to maintain that warranty? (e.g. mimic exactly what Grant Westfield did and used in their tests).The answer to both of these questions will likely be No!So… if you don’t know the answers, do you think this company will honour that Warranty? Or do you think they will be able to blame you for doing something you shouldn’t have done?The one “matt finish” panel we have started bubbling after 8 months (none of the other panels with glossy surfaces from Grant Westfield have). All fitted the same, all by same person and all cleaned the same. So we contacted Grant Westfield!They informed us that because we hadn’t used their own brand sealant, we invalidated the Warranty.But, the importance of using their own brand sealant is only mentioned on page 3 of the installation manual!Now again ask yourself:i) How often do you read a product’s fitting instructions, which is in the sealed box, when you are hiring a professional tradesman to fit the product?ii} Do you really think your tradesman is going to be at your house and think the Grant Westfield sealant is so much better than the quality sealant they use, that they should down tools and go out and buy some?Grant Westfield, as a gesture of goodwill, did send me a replacement panel to the Plumbing Merchant. But, as we all know the greater issue and cost these days is booking a plumber to do the fitting.So I’m not leaving this review out of spite, rather it’s my attempt at some preventative action to stop others taking the 30 year Warranty at face value.I’ve suggested to Grant Westfield they should position the importance of using their sealant in a better place, where the customer is going to read it. If they do, great it shows they care, if they don’t, then it will remain in a “very convenient place” for them.So, if you are thinking of buying from the Linda Barker range of multi-panels please ask these questions of Grant Westfield, otherwise my suspicion is your warranty is unlikely to be honoured.

I use Grant Westfield very frequently and always find the service faultless. Excellent customer service and good quality products to back this up. Always delivered on time and in full! I wouldn't use anyone else for my bathroom panels and flooring. Five stars from me!!

My customer had blizzard boards for me to install and we had the pleasure of installing the hydrolock joint which is so hard to clip together it’s impossible.Once they were clipped together after multiple attempts I noticed they were slightly different shades. Both panels were ordered and delivered the same time so should be same batch but with not product codes/ manufacture id how can I be sure. Iv installed other shower wall products like Wetwall ect and havnt had issues like this. The best thing is they don’t even protect them very well just a piece of plastic covering the decor face which doesn’t peel off. I reported this to multipannel and there reply is so slow it’s a joke. They just send you a complaints form and ask to fill out even tho Iv explained all this multiple times. The form isn’t compatible to fill out online either so not sure what they want to do. Since the job Iv installed 2 full bathroom refits and they have only just replied to me sending the same form but the same as before. My advice is don’t bother and me any issue will be back heeled as there after service is appalling. Shocking company

I sell Multipanel in my Bathroom Showroom and my customers love it! I never have any issues. The customer service team, the drivers and Lewis our Rep are all brilliant.

Has to be the best wall panel on the market! Extremely quick delivery times, amazing customer service. Our Multi panel rep Melissa is really helpful and will do what ever she can to assist. Basically if you need wall panels this supplier to go for.
