Fantastic service today with my 3rd car purchase from MRG. Today I collected a lovey electric 2008 from Juan who arranged for a 1st class handover as well as vehicle preparation. Thanks has also to go to Darran and Ethan who helped last week with the test drive.

Car wouldn’t start, had to get it transported to the garage. They never called or emailed to update me even though they were aware it was an emergency and I had no replacement car. For a week and a half I called almost daily for an update and was told it would be fitted in when a slot available and too many diagnostic faults to quickly fix. Finally got the car back after 2 weeks and an email from the service manager as a result of a complaint directly to them. Shocking service and a team member was sarcastic when I questioned why the fault finding took so long, and then put the phone down on me. Never going back and will file a complaint with Volvo.

The service and customer care are excellent. A comfortable area for you to wait whilst your car is being dealt with and free coffee. Clean and well managed with friendly accommodating staff. Very impressed. My car was serviced there and the technician came through and answered questions I had, explaining everything clearly. I left feeling confident and satisfied. On the roads these days, that sort of confidence is a must. Thanks Volvo.
