The spiritual successor to 284!Fantastic prices and well kept gear. The only is also a complete legend, so that's always a bonus. This is one of the last remaining music studios I actually want to practice in. Very close to Asda for food/drink and lovely location right on the seafront. Love it here!

Black Rock Subway Studios is the successor to the much missed 284 studios on Madeira Drive. Offering a great selection of gear and spacious practice rooms for a great price, the only slight problem is the out of the way location. Not to bad if you live in Kemptown, but a bit of a trek from Brighton and more so from Hove. That said, no neighbours means you can be as loud as you like!
