I train in Shito Ryu Shukokai here, great sessions in a great venue, staff are always friendly and helpful

We just had a 'Nerf' party hosted here with guns bibs and obstacles provided. Staff were friendly and relaxed and helped everything run smoothly. Highly recommended for your child's do. We had Domino's Pizza delivered from Bangor in catering.

I came here in the day to go to the gym and was told it was going to be used by a school and often is in the afternoon at random times which I wasn't expecting, the staff were very helpful and said could stay longer after all but I am not sure if that means I can use it in the afternoon or not in future. The gym is clean and has everything you need. It was quiet to begin with but then someone came in and plugged their phone into the sound system which played music so loud I couldn't even hear what was coming out of my own headphones and it wasn't a very pleasant environment to be in. I wasn't sure if it was staff or another user but thought it was quite inconsiderate, I'd prefer to be somewhere quiet and not sure why people can't use their own headphones/bluetooth rather than inflicting their music choice on anyone else who happened to be in there.

Great centre. Been going regularly for a month to use fitness room and do different sessions with PT's. HIIT, Functional, Circuits etc. Ffion, Ems and all the team there are friendly and professional and its a nice atmosphere Spot on. Jo
