Edit: Since the review below was published, JM have now visited and resolved all the issues and were very apologetic. These were all really very minor snagging issues in the end (the legionella cycle issue was only caused by a blown fuse of the wrong amperage) which just needed a couple of hours of engineer time to resolve and make a happy customer. It is a real shame that it took me to post a negative review to get a reaction, but hopefully a lesson has been learned. In general the system is a really good system, and works well, and the engineers are all good people and know their stuff. Just the processes for customer support obviously needed some improvement.Had a Mitsubishi air source system installed in March 2023. Various simple but still important teething issues reported including a non working Legionella cycle which is a health and safety issue and newly installed pipework not properly attached to the wall. JM Renewables seems to have no interest in responding or dealing with the issues despite several emails and phone calls over several months. Fortunately I have come up with work arounds to some of these myself. On the plus side the battery system they installed at the same time works well and they were the cheapest of 3 quotes for air source and battery. Come on guys, you can do better....don't just take the money and run.

Had a great guy come out to install our solar batteries he had an awkward job of it but he was very polite and professional did a really tidy job and never made me as a woman alone with a man I didn't know feel uncomfortable at all, was good with my kids and dog, I didn't get his name but he was great, a great asset to the company! he worked in Canol y dre Ruthin on the 8th &9th june 2023, would deffo reccomend!

Overall excellent experience with this company for solar and battery storage at a reasonable price. The communication from Daniel was excellent throughout, the workmanship was completed to a high standard by a team who worked really hard and were very approachable. All of the documentation was completed in good time and allowed me to set up export within a week of install. I had an issue with the battery one evening shortly after install (not their fault) and they sent an engineer out by early afternoon the next day and got it working. So far I am delighted with the system overall.

Excellent work and all finished in a day, left no mess at all and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JM renewables to others who are on the fence. Our neighbours have already been out the front looking up at them.The scaffolding was removed the following day. Great work, and we look forward to cheaper bills in the future, and if we need more panels or a larger battery at any point we know where to come.Many thanks!Daz & Jes

From start to finish the team at JM Renewable Solutions Ltd have been excellent. The information provided and the speed of responses has been second to none. And really can't fault the installation of the solar panels, battery and inverter (no matter how hard I try).A massive thank you to the team.I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a large domestic solar array with battery storage and EV charging port installed by JM Renewables. They were excellent from start to finish. All the jobs were done in a professional and courteous manner and on time. I wish to thank all the members of the team who worked on the project and a special mention to Daniel Miller(Senior Project estimator) who was prompt with email replies and clarified all my questions and doubts. I am very happy with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

JM Renewable Solutions Ltd are fabulous! Great communication from start to finish from Dan in the office and splendid over the phone and on site consultation with Ben and his 'can do' attitude. The electrician Joe and engineer Luke really knew what they were doing and were incredibly accomodating and professional. The team of guys doing the work on the roof were all absolutely lovely, so professional, friendly and courteous. Not only that, they were so hardworking, they really put a shift in and worked incredibly hard to get the job done in difficult weather conditions at times. Would highly recommend this company!

Fabulous company. We had a crisis with our air source heat pump that's in our house in the middle of Eyri National Park and very few local people are able to deal with it as it's a specialist piece of kit. JM just stepped in and had an engineer there for us in super quick time and got the system back up and running. So grateful that they were happy to help. We were brushed off by so many other companies, I spent the whole morning on the phone, who just didn't want to travel to help us. These guys were amazing and went above and beyond to help us. They now have a new customer for yearly servicing and when we may need a new system in the future as well. Thank you

A good company to deal with. We had issues with our property that left us unable to have our panels fitted for over 12 months, our advisor Daniel from J.M. renewables was great and understood our issues and worked with us until the installation was complete. all 3 trades (scaffolders, fitters, electrician) were clean and efficient. we had an issue with the app so Daniel came to us and helped resolve the problem.All in all, a professional experience.
