Bought a van from these guys, gave me loads of assurances. The van did not last, had major issues and constant faults, serious masked rusting. They did not deliver their promises and the van had to be scrapped.AVOID AT ALL COST OR MEET THE COST!!MOT supplied was reported by another garage in Glasgow after their mechanic found major structural and mechanical faults that should never have passed an MOT.

I bought a van in Feb this year and had the following issues - brakes didn't work, power steering leaks, back door didn't lock, radio didn't work, glove box fell off when opened, alternator belt snapped, exhaust manifold snapped, calipers jammed on, battery needed changed, takes 30s on the turn to start. The garage fixed the brakes after 3 attempts and weeks of having it, They said they fixed the power steering leak but it's still leaking and also said they fixed calippers but I have had to get them replaced. Honestly given my experience if you need a reliable van I wouldn't go near the place. What a waste of money.

Bought a 2009 van from them last year but I'd need to say I have had problems with it, these were as follows.Radio in van although working had jammed CD player and non working digital clock. This was replaced by them, new radio works and clock works, however CD player unusable as it jumps all over the tracks. Not a major thing as such but an annoyance. Then the alternator failed and was replaced by them, replacement most likely from another van of same make in forecourt, anyway it's working. The tensioner for the fan belt then disintegrated and took the belt with it, this disabled the power steering, I got this fixed by an independent garage as away from home at the time. When driving it the van started to develop a howling/rumbling noise, this was wheel bearing failure, got repaired by independent garage at significant expense. The diesel glow plug lamp then became illuminated, this was something to do with air intake to engine, again got it repaired by independent garage. All in all repairs have cost me approximately £750 to £800I didn't expect a brand new van but I didn't expect to have to fork out these additional costs.I'd need to say I found the staff friendly and helpful but I think anyone buying a van with 100,000 plus miles on clock needs to expect to get mechanical problems, so don't be put off buying from them, but it might be worth paying AA to check van over prior to buying, especially if your spending £5000+ for it.

3 attempts to fix van, 2 of which left the van undriveable after a couple of hundred miles, then they try to claim that it's nothing to do with them. Promised van would be ready by a date, turned up to collect, no it's not but lthey didn't bother letting me know the trip woudl be wasted. Have now handed van to a professional mechanic as I would prfer to pay a professional to fix, rather than pay a bunch of amateurs not fix it, and will be taking legal action to recover the cost. Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns

We bought a van from andrew some 5 months ago. A ford transit. For the first few weeks it was more in the garage than it was on the road. This and that wrong. Since I bought this pile of scrap from him it's had a clutch a water. Heater hoses and abs brake unit. A egr valve and a starter motor now the turbo is gone. All in 5 months. Avoid these cowboys. I've spent more on this van than what a new transit straight from the show room would cost. Trusted garage my arse. This place has got avoid, avoid, avoid avoid avoid writen all over it. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole again.

Avoid these guys at all costs .My husband bought a van from these guys for his business within two weeks it broke down they done a patch repair to keep us sweet .4 weeks passed another break down this time he took it to an independant garage and paid for a full check over .They found it needing breaks and tyres all round the van it has major leaks in the structure of the van when it rains it the seats are soaking wet as is the rear of the van .There was permanent fault codes of injectors immobiliser mass air flow sensor all these things they promise to do before you buy a van from them is never done .They say before you buy a van from them for peace of mind cam belt and water pump is replaced independant garage checked our van out .These items were old and worn indicating they hadnt been changed .When we contacted winchburgh garage services about the second breakdown they said they would call us back and never ever have .They simply put the office phone to answer service and never return your calls the second we asked for a refund all contact has stopped. Now we are not expecting a show room quality van as we were buying a used vehicle but for the van not to be fit for purpose is a joke since buying the van my husband hasn't been able to work as the van has now been scrapped due to the repair costs being more than its worth .What you get when you purchase a van from these guys is a vehicle that won't start has very shoddie breaks and tyres when you collect it .I repeat from the top avoid these guys at all costs or you will be sorry. Extremely disappointed customer.

Absolutely Astonishing Place. After taking out a van a few months ago with no problems and polite staff we returned to upgrade it as my work demanded for it and received endless frustration and a time wasting experience. Kerry, one of the workers there behaved unprofessionally and made the experience unbearable with contradicing information, countless rude remarks towards us and lastly just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing with her own job.Wouldn’t recommend renting out anything from there unless you’re looking to waste time and encounter rude staff.- Daniel
