Had my hair done a few time from Leah she’s amazing. I have long thick hair and like it like that. All the other hair dressers I have used take way to much off… She literally brings your hair back to life.

Leanne did a wonderful job today. A great cut with a beautiful caramel balayage. I’ve never been as happy with my hair! Thank you Leanne!!

Claritys have a standard rate for their hair and beauty knowledge &skills but severely lack in personal skills. The staff are rude, dismissive, judgmental and seem to have no tact in social graces. My first experience in clarity's was horrific, i simply walked in and asked the receptionist about highlighting my hair and if they could recommend any treatments to help the condition of my hair as it is relatively damaged. The receptionist immediately recruited four other teenage looking girls that gorped and laughed with amusement as she retrieved a senior member of staff. I explained my inquiry again to this senior member of staff with the audience of five girls whispering and giggling. The senior member of staff made personal insults towards me and even pulled at my hair and compared it to cotton wool. With every insult came the audience of the not so busy members of junior staff laughing, i left crying. I later found out some of my friends that also live in the local area have stopped visting this salon as the staff are rude and judgmental. In my opinion, women go to salons to help make themselves feel better, not to have someone lower their self esteem.

Its was the first time I have been here and I would just like to say a big thank you ,it was wonderful I was put at ease instantly and I felt like I was listened to. My style is beautiful and plenty of time was given. I have already made my next appointment.I would highly recommend them,especially if your like me and don't like trying new hairdressers.

I am so angry my hair feels horrible and im not returning the women how did my hair wasn't even consentraing when she was cutting it and she just kept straighting my hair over and over witch my hair can't take that much heat I also gave her a £3.00 tip wish I never please any one who want there hair nice don't go its a rip off.

All of the girls have done my hair atleast once since I've been going to Clarity's for 10 years now. Since I first walked in at 18 years old with an at-home peroxide frazzled disaster, walking out a blonde bombshell I knew I'd found a gem and the rest is history. Leanne does so well keeping up with my constant style and colour changes. She always listens to what I ask for but gives sound advice too when I need it too. And Leah always has a smile for you. Thanks always ladies! 100% recommend

Best hair salon I've ever been to.Really friendly and genuine service. I've gone to this salon for 10 years and they tell what will suit me and what they think wouldn't look right. I really value their honesty.
