Warning!!! - They use fake parts - I visited the shop to get the back glass of my phone repaired.They claimed that they will have to send it off to the “lab” to get repaired and come back in 24 hours.Two weeks later the back glass broke again (without dropping it) and the battery expanded causing my front glass to shatter.I visited an expect and they explained to me while they took out authentic parts and replacement them with fake ones.On top of this they only provide a 7 day warranty.Never get your phone repaired at this shop!!!! 0 stars.This is a legitimate review and urge you not to use the repair service they provide.

Went in to get a screen replacement on my IPad 5th gen, I needed a fast repair as I use my IPad for work.I could not fault them on anything, the customer service was impeccable, speed of the repair, phenomenal, the repair itself, immaculate, unlike many other tech shops that I went to for quotes they do not rip you off.If you need anything done, I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!!

Would strongly advise against buying a phone from this guy. He ripped me off and sold me an XR for £280 and it constantly crashes, logs me out of all my accounts, freezes up to 5 minutes sometimes and powers off at random times even when battery is at an adequate level.

I smashed my phone in the evening and called them up the next morning after being advised by Apple it would cost me £336 to repair my iPhone XS Max screen. The kind lady told me if I could bring it in before 10am they could fix it before midday for me and it would only cost me £105 for the premium plus screen. I thought this was fantastic! The service was brilliant I picked it up at 1pm and they were very nice to deal with. Cannot recommend enough. super speedy. Thank you!

Had a new phone from Tesco Mobile, we mucked up the transfer of info from previous phone and it locked us out, returned to tesco asking for help 45 min later no joy as phone wouldn't cooperate, went to Billericay Phones as been there before, 30 min done, also helped with transfer of all info and apps. If you want something done go to the right person.

The guys managed to fix my Samsung Smart Watch even though they said they don't actually deal with smart watches. Really impressive attitude and service and didn't charge all that much. Would highly recommend using them before trying anyone else, they'll certainly be getting my return business. Cheers, please keep up the good work !
