Lovely little venue with balconies and good views from most areas. Bars were well organised, merch stands were efficient and got through massive queues quickly, most importantly the toilets were clean and no queues!

Such an incredible, beautiful, historical venue. I've been here many times over the years attending many amazing events.It's such a shame that drinks are now ridiculously overpriced. Bar staff are friendly and try to serve you as quickly as they can, but at a sold-out event, you'll be waiting a while, particularly if you use the main bar. There is a cloakroom on the first floor and toilets on both the ground and the first floors.

Amazing venue! I had the chance to visit the O2 Academy Bournemouth for a Bedlam DNB club night with Wilkinson and Vibe Chemistry performing and what a night to remember! All the staff from box office to bar were efficient, kind and quick. I moved about the main room and balcony area and there was always a good view from wherever I stood. Drinks were made quickly and the crowd were good fun and nice to be around, not to mention how amazing the show itself was. Massive thank you to Becky in Box Office and Steve at the bar for being so kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back.

Recently attended a Bongo's Bingo night at the O2, what a well run night!! The bars were well staffed so service was super quick, the entertainment was top class and security was on top of their game. The interior is so beautiful too.

Amazing experience at Daði Freyr. Our daughter (7) is a huge fan but was rather poorly. Chris and Becky at the O2 went above and beyond. They got us a spot in the downstairs accessibility section meaning we could sit and watch the gig right at the front. We were able to get in late so we got to see Daði and leave before the encore making it really easy and enabled us to go!Thank you so very much, we know other venues would never be so accommodating.Will absolutely be back! And it is such a beautiful venue to boot!

Great venue with limited seating in the gods but you need to get there early for a decent view. Great standing views from everywhere else

Ocean colour scene were awesome.Staff were really good dealing with people that don't know control.I wish there was 2 areas, one for people wanting to listen to the music and another for the people who want to talk constantly and should not have paid for a concert ticket!16 quid for a pint and single vodka and oj. A bit much.But still a great night
