The Coach Company

Do not use !!!!!!I booked a coach for my wedding. The coach was booked for 6.30 pm having guests arrive at my wedding at 6.50 pm ready for a 7 pm start.I booked a 38-49 Seat Standard Coach for 40 guests. A 30-seater mini bus turned up to collect the guests without any prior notice. When we called the coach company they advised that they decided (themselves) they would do 2 trips. When my family explained that this wouldn't work and asked why they didn't let anyone know as this would delay the entire wedding as we had a 7 pm entrance for the bride and groom, they said - and I quote 'are you telling me how to run my business?!'To top it off, the bus driver demanded money as he said the company had not been paid and he would not move and argued with my family... it had in fact been paid and they were wrong and we had the evidence to prove it.... they didn't care to apologize for the horrible drama they had caused, the fact that guests missed the entrance of the wedding or the fact that we had to pay for taxis even though we had paid for the coach.My emails have all been ignored and they RUINED my wedding day! Thanks 'the coach company' for being the biggest mistake I've ever made in booking you !!!!!
