I had an amazing experience with this garage, completely honest and they constantly rang me to keep me updated and informed. Nothing was done without my permission and they worked to be done in my time frame and budget. And most importantly, the issue was fixed! I will definitely return :)

I would recommend this garage to anyone. Having had the Audi experience. These guys I have more trust and faith in.Very professional outfit with all the state of the art equipment. Had ADAS calibration and wheel alignment done at Audi about a year ago and have never been happy with it. These guys carried it out today for me and I noticed the difference straight away. I actually enjoy driving my car again.Thanks guys. I will return when I need a service or repair.

I cannot recommend Claudio and the team enough. I've been taking my cars to these guys since I moved to Hitchin around 10 years ago. Very honest, friendly and professional. Always explain in simple terms what work is required and even advise on how to best to tackle any repairs in a cost effective way. Fantastic customer service!

I have been using this garage for a long time. The previous manager, the dad of the present manager was a kind and nice man with impeccable mannersUnfortunately, my experience with his son (I belive. The person attending clients at the office) has been really disappointing. He stayed on the phone to somebody else for the whole time I was there. He handed to me the papers, paying machine and car key, all still on the phone. I left without a word to me about the car or anything else. Really rude. I will never go back.

First time I’ve used this garage, but will definitely use them again. Fantastic customer service, they accommodated my booking on a Friday (despite them being very busy) which was a huge help to me. The car had a full service & also needed a tyre change (unfortunately) which they arranged for me…really great service all round…& competitive price, I would recommend & would certainly use again. Thanks to Ben (little) for your great customer service, comprehensive feedback & suggestions for future recommendations…I’ll be taking the great advice you offered.
