Skinful Semi Permanent Makeup By Sarah

I recently had my semi permanent make up done by Sarah (brows and eyeliner) and I couldn’t be happier. I was so nervous, especially about my eyeliner, however Sarah put me at ease and reassured me. I listened to what Sarah advised would be best for me and my skin type and features and I went with that as I had complete faith in Sarah. I’m so glad I did, I am absolutely thrilled with the results, the aftercare advice and follow up care I have received from Sarah has also been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommended Sarah to anyone, in fact I already have done and they have been equally thrilled with their results.

Sarah has done my eyebrows a few times now, the service i receive is professional and informative, Sarah explained my brows would change during the healing process and how to treat them during this time. Wouldn’t go back.At first I loved Sarah, such a nice lady but quickly things turned.Upon my first patch test she accidentally slipped and poked me in the neck with a needle. I let this slide.Upon my first brow treatment she accidentally cut my eyebrow and then later when I put in a complaint she denied it ever happened although she said to me that she had done it, it was fine, but the fact she tried to deny it happened, also my family member who was in there with me is witness.Didn’t give me the consent form to sign until 48 hours AFTER the procedure.No after care gel given.Asked if I had any gloves because she had ran out.If I didn’t text her back straight away when she asked how my brows were getting on, she texted “ u ignoring me now?? “After having 2 sessions, the brows still faded to literally nothing left. Whilst Sarah did kindly offer for me to keep going back to have them topped up, my family members brows after her top up are very wonky and both completely different coloured.We’ve now had to pay over £300 to go to another salon and get them fixed and can’t fault the new salon.Now getting legal action involved as Sarah was very rude and wouldn’t offer anything as an apology or partial refund for everything.

Sarah is fantastic at her job, very particular and professional. I first contacted Sarah to do my eyebrows, lip liner and blush approximately 7-8 years ago. She was great then as I stressed my concern that I wanted it all to look natural, as I am very fair skinned and do not wear much makeup. The results after the last top up were absolutely fantastic. I have recently returned again to have it all done again. And yet again the results she has achieved with my eyebrow and lips are amazing. I would highly recommend her, which I have done so to people in the past.

Was really worried about having my eyebrows microbladed. Sarah made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. The results are amazing and my confidence was boosted. Even after I received a bite to my eyebrow I went back and Sarah put good the damage done by the bite. 100% recommend Sarah
