Refurbishment of bathroom, a five star service from start to finish. I wanted the bath removing and a shower put in its place, new toilet and basin and the whole of the bathroom re-tiling. The planning of the new shower room was done without any issues and used the space effectively. Everything was how I wanted it. I was able to choose the cupboards and the tiles from selection available as recommended by MJHickey. All the items used were high quality and came with full guarantees. Matt has been our plumber and gas engineer for best part of 10+ years. He has always serviced our boiler and open gas fire. A few years back he installed a new super efficient boiler and Hive thermostat, which is saving a lot of money. Our rollng 12month gas usage in kWh is down 40% on where it was pre-Hive.Matt has also installed a water softener as well as fantastic new shower room in 2017 and a fabulous bathroom in 2023.We wouldn't use anyone else. Always reliable, friendly and professional.
