Terrible service from the young lady there tonight. Went in just before 5 for a coffee and they'd already shut it down. Wrong cake handed to my nephew and whilst she changed it, eyes were rolled and the cake lobbed into the bin. Young girl appeared to have a funny attitude.

A wide range of brownies and other assorted treats thst are always amazing. The staff have always been kind and friendly with me and I can't help keep going back!

I went to Brownie Points on Saturday 16th September 2023 at 17:25 inside the Derbion with my partner hoping to pick up a couple of brownies to take home before we left. When we walked into the shop though, before we even had a chance to look at what was on display, the female server instantly said to us “Are you going to be quick, as we are closing in 5 minutes”.The tone and manner in which the member of staff spoke to us was rude and not inviting and put us off from buying anything and we left without purchasing anything. There was still time left before closing and if it was too late, a polite notice that they were about to close would have been okay, but the way she spoke to me and my partner was completely rude. It has put us off from returning again.

honestly quite underwhelming. Every time I go into the shop, everything on display looks so good and smells even better, but when I actually taste it, it's just kind of bland, not to mention a lot of them just taste the same. I recommend to go there once, but other than that, not so much.

If you have a sweet tooth then you will love Brownie Points Bakery in Derby... Their range of Brownies, Blondies, Cookies and Pies is amazing... Portion size is huge and prices reasonable. Latte and milkshakes great too.

Tried it out twice. First time I got brownie for myself and lotus biscuit for my sister. Second time I got a cheesecake pot.Cheesecake was too vanilla and just seemed like cream lopped into a pot (hella sweet taste). Brownie was ok. Woman with blond hair at the till was really friendly and nice.

Tried out this place yesterday with my partner and our friend.Totally and utterly felt like a kid in a candy shop! There was so many treats to see and try out (unfortunately there was no samples to try)… It took us a little longer than expected to choose something as everything looked so tasty.I ended up choosing a Jaffa Cake brownie and a cup of tea. Slightly underwhelmed by my brownie if I’m honest. I was expecting a bit more of an orange tang but could barely taste anything. Nevertheless, it was an okay little brownie for what it was.One thing I would also like to note is that we wanted to sit down to eat and drink, they did have a table outside of the bakery but were unable to offer a high chair for my child. So I do think that the bakery should definitely think about getting one of those for future customers. It made eating and drinking quite difficult.I’d go back again to try something else and still say it’s worth anyone else coming and trying it out for themselves.
