Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Tried here for the first time and got the classic chicken burger meal and then extra chicken wings.All the food was very nice and would definitely order again! Only downside is it is quite expensive but probably worth it

Just really disappointed. We have visited Popeyes in America and this restaurant in Plymouth simply didn't meet the most basic expectations. First of all the restaurant itself was a disgusting mess...bins overflowing..tables not cleaned..food all over the floors..we were in the restaurant for nearly an hour and not one member of staff attempted to clear tables or empty the bins. The self service machines were not working so we ordered from the counter...totally ignored for just under 10 mins. The staff were not friendly and the entire customer service experience was poor. I'm fully aware that working in a fast food chain may not be everyones ambition but if you're being paid to do a job you should do it properly. Then there's the issue with our food..our order sat on the service counter for over 10 mins..I questioned if there was a hold up with part of the order but there wasn't...the staff simply ignored it was there and I didn't miss the call I was stood at the counter the entire time. I observed all the staff and it was obvious there was absolutely no leadership or strong management. They were all young and didn't know what was happening. Once I collected the food it was cold and my partner questioned if the chicken was cooked thoroughly. It was border line at best. We didn't bother taking the food back it wasn't worth our time. Our experience was appalling and I'm happy to send pictures of anyone from popeyes thinks this review is harsh

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Food was really good and hot. Was served by a young man called sonny who made the ordering process so easy and quick. Food was brought over by a lovely boy called Leo who asked if we had everything we needed and to enjoy our meal. Overall really great experience minus the lady at the counter who had a bit of a sour face and seemed to not wanna be there.

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
The Chicken was great, unlike KFC the chicken was not swimming in grease. The burger was just fantastic, The wrap was just delicious. Unfortunately it did take 3 attempts to get the order right, but that might just be me as everywhere I go, no one can seem to get my order right the 1st time. Overall the service was great and happy to fix any issues immediately

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Ordered Mac & Cheese via Deliveroo. I paid £3.99, and what I received was a joke. 1 inch deep, cold mess of pasta, literally 2 table spoons worth. Contacted Deliveroo who said couldn't help. Tried to call branch for refund, but their number is out of service. Feel like someone's literally just mugged me.

This was an amazing restaurant to dine in at, with suitable decorations adding to the atmosphere! These include frames related to Plymouth, counter is well presented and the staff were nice. I enjoyed Louisiana Signature Chicken with Cajun Fries, classic Majo and an unlimited refills option! Plenty of kiosks are available, service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
I grew up in Louisiana and have lived in the UK for 5 years. I was excited to see Popeyes make its way over the pond! The food was just as good here. The biscuit was disappointingly small but still tasty. Service was really good. Busy, busy...hopefully more staff will be added for busy hours. Going back next weekend because it's that good!

First time I tried was lovely, today 4th September 2023 got dried up and overcooked rubbish. I did wonder if the standards would stay and they haven't. Gone just as bad as KFC now.Update tried again today 24th October and still bad. Hot and spicy wings again dry, overcooked as if left on a warming plate for ages. They seemed to have some focus on quality when they first opened now it's absolutely terrible. Jollibee reigns supreme in tasty and consistent quality. Popeyes in a short while have gone down to KFC's quality at least it took them years to get bad.Another pic to ad of the wings again! Other chicken was OK, but again not as good as first months of opening.Feedback passed back to team"? it obviously wasn't

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Absolutely banging chicken. You'd be a fool not to try it sooner rather than later.The staff are super friendly and provide an excellent service. They even apologised for the delay in our food arriving however we didn't think there was a delay.One final note, we love the atmosphere here. The music is very catchy and livens it up even more.
