I have never been treated with soo much contempt as a donor. Most unfriendly team I have ever encountered. Instead of being tankful and making me feel like a valued donor, they said, you have to wait, i have to check every item... whilst they were checking s customer saw a pair of shoes, wanted them, they said, you cant haver it, its not priced, the lady turned to me said, they haven't checked it, its yours to give. I said, give them £10. But they refused, said if you want to give away, you should do it from outside the shop.. The customers are treated worse. They need some customer service training. ( I only left 3 of the 10 bags I had with me) Gave the rest to St Vincent's charity shop 2 doors down.. they were ever so grateful
