They can't solder joints in pipes so they don't leak, they drill huge holes in walls because they don't carry the right tools in their vans, they can't screw waste pipes together so they don't leak. Not sure what they can do. Would highly suggest avoidingAnd they can't measure. They fitted underfloor pipes for a 2m radiator however they forgot to allow for the radiator needing valves so they pipes are basically too close together.Incompetence doesn't even come close.Another joint today failed - the plumber that was way more competent than this firm gave me the section of pipe - only half the joint was soldered. This firm is not able to do house plumbing

My boiler went on the blink during lockdown. In the end, the technician drove to Guildford and back on a Saturday to retrieve and install the parts I needed. I very much appreciate the extra effort.

Extremely disappointed. Booked them in to do a job, they turned up did half the job said they didn't have time to finish. They then invoiced more than quoted. Not even sure they services boiler correctly as he wasn't here long enough.

Called on CJB Plumbing to replace a kitchen tap not the most difficult job, that was until the CJB removed the original tap fitting!The job was a nightmare the poor plumber banged his head a couple of times while trying to rectify the problem, the new tap wouldn’t fit properly, and the fitting was too short for the unit but he smiled throughout and just got on with it.He kept me informed for the duration of the job and after a lot of hard work managed to fit the new tap – running water at last!Fantastic service from start to finish I would have no hesitation in recommending CJB Plumbing

Firstly, when I initially called and asked them to replace a sink for me, I was told a job card was raised and I would called back within days. They never called back and I spent the next couple of weeks chasing them up. Once they committed to doing the work, they then couldn't commit to a date. Weeks went by without contact other than sporadic last minute calls to ask if they could come and do it there and then.When they actually finally came to replace the sink, the two guys did a fairly good job.On the phone I had been quoted £45 for the first hour and £40 each hour after that. I had most of the materials required so wasn't expecting it to cost much. However, once I received the invoice, it was apparent that they charged me more because they sent two people to do the job. Perhaps if they sorted their terrible communication problems this could have been explained prior to them coming?Overall, not particularly satisfied and would recommend that you look elsewhere.

CJB were brilliant at dealing with a really fiddly set of long standing problems with an underfloor heating system which had had multiple pump failures. They could easily have given up but instead kept coming back till the problems were resolved and were very reasonable with their charges. I highly recommend them as an honorable and thoroughly professional firm.
