A very nice team of vets and receptionists. They pay attention to details and provide good advice. In our case, it was a sad moment for our family, but the practice managed that with a lot of care and help.

What a fabulous vets, yet another first class service from Ben and his team.I cannot rate them highly enough to people. From how reassuring they are to me, as a worried pet owner, what is going to happen going forward, to the excellent care my dog always receives. I love how they send you updates to ease your concerns whilst your pet is receiving treatment.Blue is always pleased to go as they make such a fuss of him.Thank you once again to everyone at Riverport Vets.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble and they always make you feel like they have as much time as your pet needs. Having moved our pets from a large, local practice Riverport is a breathe of fresh air and how veterinary practices used to be where the animals and clients come first.

Every single staff member at Riverport is kind & knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my Kimball Kat to anyone else. They helped us through our Max being really ill and Riverport staff helped us through the entire process. The staff kindly and gently guided us through until the end when we had to say goodbye to Max.

So kind and empathetic and helpful from the receptionist to the Vet. My last vets were very cold and sterile so having such a personable practice who care about the animal and the owner is so refreshing.I feel confident that my dog would be well looked after in any circumstance.Cannot recommend this place more!
