Very disappointed with the salesperson.Ruined my day completely!!It was my anniversary...The only customers in the outlet was me and my husband. Nobody from the staff even looked at us, it took atleast 5 minutes for them to even notice us because clearly they had more important things to discuss about. And even after they came to help we felt very uncomfortable with the way she treated us. Felt like she was mocking us.I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.

My Wife and i popped into the Canterbury store this afternoon and was quickly greeted by Alison as we entered the store. She couldnt have been more helpfull, kind and happy. A credit to your canterbury store

I went on cyber Monday, there was a huge queue as expected, but I didn’t mind, all the girls were super friendly, dealing with the rush well, I was served by Beth, she was very helpful and welcoming, and I appreciate her helping me find the charm that I wanted :) x

Was assisted to fairly quickly. Wanted to look at specific charm for a present. Very unimpressed, looked stunning on website. But very cheap and disappointing in the flesh. I did find another one that was absolutely lovely tho

Absolutely amazing service from the ladies in Canterbury branch, sorry I didn't catch your names. Had an issue with my daughter's bracelet bought online, and they were able to sort the problem and replaced the bracelet. They were greeting people on way in and managed the people in store extremely well and gave that great service to every single person. Thankyou so much Pandora very happy customer and daughter.
