Care In the Vale

Care in the Vale did a great job of caring for my dad, they turned up as expected everyday and my dad built up a great relationship with the carers. I would definitely recommend them.

I have worked for Care in the Vale just over a year now and it that time I have gained so much knowledge and met some wonderful people. The company offers a great amount of support and lovely little perks. Very grateful to be part of the team!

I have worked for Care in The Vale (CITV) for over 7 years. I have never worked for another care agency nor will I. Through my years working at CITV I have learned that you will be encouraged and supported to develop and progress further in the company. This is a company that takes their employees welfare and wellbeing to heart and will support you in good and bad days. Management will always make time to see you even if its a busy day. Even with the buy days, staff will pull together as a team to make sure the clients receive the high quality of care that they need and deserve. I would describe the culture of the company as respectful, caring fair and friendly. A place where you will be greeted by friendly staff, a place where you will be valued as an individual and listened to. The hardest part of the job is that some days shifts can be long but there is plenty of flexibility and different availability can be catered for. The most rewarding part of the job is to see how the staff makes positive difference to clients lives. I would highly recommend working at CITV.

Simply the best place to work for!If you want to work for a company that values you as a person and where you are not just another number, this is the place to work for! The whole company is passionate about the work that they do and wants to make a real difference in the lives of the people they support. Clients and staff are equally important here. Even on a personal level, the management would make time to listen and offer support. The type of work is the same as in other dom care agencies and they all face the same issues. But at Care in the Vale they do everything they can to recognise the hard and challenging work that we do and there is always a bottle of wine or some chocolates as a gesture of thanks when you help out during busy times! Bonus :) You have to work here to know how different they really are! I have worked here for the last 8 years and will for many more.
