Pitter Patter shoes
Very disappointing customer service. The young lady who measured my son’s feet was excellent but when the shoes became faulty after very limited wear the manager refused to provide a replacement. Sadly, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Pitter Patter has really great service and quality products which really last. My sister in law is six years old, loves the selection and the shoes are always a great fit. The staff have in-depth knowledge about children's feet and their products, which make it worth the trip!

Very helpful staff. I visited for school shoes for 7 and 9 year old boys. I got lots of help and advice for both purchases. The style I wanted for my eldest wasn't in stock so they ordered my choice in and it arrived really quickly. Superb service and decent prices.

Went into the shop to buy my young daughter some shoes. Staff were lovely and friendly. A wide choice of shoes for her to choose from and they were great quality and a great price. Would highly recommend going here, the shoes fit very well and lasted her a long time!

A wide range of clothing and shoes to choose from. Lots of really cool hatley Raincoats and matching wellies. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again.
