These guys are great. I had a new yale type lock fitted for £94.00 all in. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

DON’T USE. I rang them to get help with a broken key in my front door lock. My property is 50 metres from their shop. They took half an hour to arrive. I am a 77 year old pensioner and live alone. The technician who turned up could not get the key out. But a neighbour managed it with his pliers. The technician then asked for a £59 call out charge. I told him this was unfair as he hadn’t done any work. His English was bad so it was hard to argue with him.My son-in-law arrived and spoke to the manager of the business on the phone. He would not listen to any pleas that this charge was unfair. I paid up in the end as the technician would not leave. Today I have reported this to Trading Standards through Citizens’ Advice. I am very upset and consider the charge to be unnecessary and excessive.
