World Duty Free

Collection of wine, and whiskey was limited. Most of the brands that i asked were not available. It's small and has limited sections for shopping. Pricing is also on higher side compared to other bigger duty free stores on the airport. This one is close to the boarding gates so that's a plus.

I buy one 100 ml English Pear & Sweet Pea Cologne and one 100 ml Special-Edition English Pear & Freesia Cologne in Jo Malone.And when I back Home, I find that I got two 100 ml English Pear & Freesia Cologne !! Bad shopping experience....

The Duty free London customer service was really excellent where one of the manager named Diogo Xavier Rodrigues has really helped me through the reservations process for my Alcohol and Perfumes which I had reserved online and he made the process so easy for and was patient enough to help me with all the queries I had and very kind and full of expertise. Can’t thank him enough for his help. Thank you Diogo Xavier Rodrigues.

High prices, bad customer service. I left the place after a member of staff was rude.

It's the largest shopping surface in terminal 2 departures area. Perfumes, chocolate, alcohol... but honestly, tax or no tax, most prices weren't realistic. It was really hard to find a gift to buy without feeling I am paying double price than in town. Take a tube of 400 grams of Lindt chocolate. At Tesco, we would be talking about £6 and even less if it's post season discount. Here it's £16.50 for 1 and £26 for 2. No one in this country pays £26 for 2 tubes of Lindt. Even Harrods is more realistic.The only thing that was realistic to buy was the Toblerone chocolate. Anything else, it's just for browsing and think oh the price!""

Pretty cute Duty Free shop. Everything London you're looking for, you can find and employees were very nice.

Thought I had found some deals at the duty free shop, only to be told by the cashier behind the checkout counter that certain price of the merchant applies only to passenger travelling to certain zones of the world. Then I was educated about all the colour coded price tags with blue, green, and other colours indicating which price is good for whom. I guess it has to be such complicated...Ended up empty handed leaving the shop desire the vastly large choices of merchants here. Didn't have time to fully comprehend the price system.

Very bad experience at duty free world. Prices were higher than the local street shop. What was duty free. We buy outside supermarket monkeyshouder 18 pound here around 30 very expensive for all things
